Stephen M. Porter was born in Philadelphia and raised in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1997 from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in Environmental Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where he was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for outstanding achievement in Estate Planning. He is currently enrolled at Villanova University, where he will earn his Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) in 2018.
Stephen's philosophy is to build trust and strong relationships with his clients, so he can provide them with sound legal advice and representation. He prides himself on taking the time to get to know, understand and listen to his clients, so he can fully understand their needs.
Stephen maintains a strong commitment to civic and charitable organizations, and firmly believes in giving back to the community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Good Samaritan Shelter, a Christian ministry based in Phoenixville that provides transitional housing and supportive services to homeless men, women and women with children. Stephen is also actively involved in Rotary Club of Phoenixville, where he served as President in 2015.
Stephen and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania with their two dogs, Dufresne and Brody. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, cooking, and traveling.
